2023年8月，“EyeShenzhen”多语种网站正式焕新上线，网站实现英、西、法、德、日、韩、俄、阿、葡九种语言版本的自由切换，语种覆盖联合国五种工作语言和世界主要语言群体，为居民、投资者和游客提供全面、及时的资讯。借助数字传播理念，EyeShenzhen平台支持9种语言发布涉外服务信息，通过AI问答机器人Chatbot和个性化推荐等功能，提升用户体验，从而更好地展现深圳的多元文化、科技创新特色。为全球受众提供深圳的生活、工作和文化信息。
The EyeShenzhen website features nine foreign languages, namely English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic and Portuguese, providing residents, investors and visitors with all-inclusive and up-to-date information about Shenzhen.
